For the best restoration, the coronal end of the implant should be as palatal as possible, while the apical end buccal (Fig.3). Due to low bone density apicopalatally, the apical end of the implant may be shift palatally (Fig.4 red arrow) as it is being placed. Control the trajectory while doing osteotomy and implant placement.
