Bone Density Dictates Osteotomy Modalities

Difference between implants at the sites of #28 and 29 are two folded.  The first is the length; the second is bone density.

The one at #29 is closer to the Mental Foramen than the one at #28 to the Incisive Canal (Fig.1).

The bone density at #29 seems to be higher than that at #28.  It appears logical to use Magic drill for osteotomy for the former all the way to depth (Fig.1,2,4) and for the coronal portion (cortex) for the latter (Fig.1,3).  The apical portion of the latter could be formed by using Magic osteotomes (bone condensation).
