Magic Sinus Lift
Although the patient agrees to have the tooth #13 with mobility II removed, implants at #14 and 15 should help alleviate occlusal trauma to the former. Initial osteotomy depth will be 1 and 2 mm at #14 and 15 (Fig.1: 1-2 mm from the sinus floor), followed Magic Sinus Lifter and bone graft. Implants to be placed are going to be 5x9 (at #15) or 5x7 (at #14) mm (Fig.2,3). Abutments (6x4(2) mm) will be placed if primary stability is achieved. Prepare torque wrench and the adaptor to measure torque value. Immediate splinted provisional is to be fabricated with occlusal reduction at #13.
