Implants By Stage (M)

A 34-year-old man (smoker 1/2 ppd) presents to clinic for SRP and implant consultation (Fig.1).  He wishes to restore UL first and the rest 2nd (Fig.2-5).  Pay attention to placement level. OH will be emphasized, water pik and smoke cessation.
