Full Drill

Since the bone density at #30 is high and a 4.5 mm implant is to be placed close to the very dense lingual plate (to avoid ridge split), the last drill will be 4.5 mm.  In case this is over prep (torque is low), a healing screw will be used.  So incision will be made.  Autogenous bone will be saved and placed buccal to the implant.
