With underprep (4 mm), a 5x10 mm implant is placed with ~ 50 Ncm with guide (Fig.7).  Following a 5.5 mm profile drill, a 5.5x3 mm healing abutment is placed (Fig.8); the implant plateau appears to be supported by the graft bone (*).
