After immediate implant at #3, the tooth #31 with distal root fracture (Fig.1 *) and being close to the Inferior Alveolar Canal (red dashed line) is extracted for socket preservation (Fig.2 yellow dashed line). Although no PRF membrane is used to cover the socket, allograft is mixed PRF liquid. A piece of 6-month membrane is used instead. The ridge height is maintained 6 months postop (Fig.4).
