1st Implant of Full Mouth Reconstruction

A 51-year-old man with Diabetes and poor dentition requests treatment of the tender, mobile lower right central incisor (Fig.1 *).  As routine, a 1-piece implant will be placed, combined with lower quadrant SRP in the 1st appointment.
