Once an abutment is placed at #5 (Fig.2 A, 5) for temporary crown (Fig.4 T) , the guide may be not seated again unless the crown is removed. Allograft (*) not only covers the exposed implant threads, but also the denuded root surface of the canine.  The implant at #3 is in function for 1 year.
