The bone density is 600 units at #19 (Fig.2).  To place a 4x10 mm implant, underdrilling is required (the last drills will be 3x10 mm (bone condensation) and 3.5x7.3 mm (reduce bone pressure and resorption)).  Cortical tap is unnecessary, since there is cortical bone after bone trimmer.
