If the tooth #23 is a survivor, two of 2.5 or 2.0 implants will be placed at #24 and 26 with a subsequent FPD (Fig.4).   Lingual view of the 3-D image.  When 2 implants are placed, the narrower one(s) could be used (2.5 mm at #26 and 2.0 mm at #24 (Fig.4) or both 2.0 mm).
