When the patient finally agrees to have the tooth #19 to be extracted for implant (Fig.1), there is also mesial bone loss associated with mesial root fracture (Fig.2).  There is no gross bone loss 2 years 9.5 months post cementation (Fig.8 at #3). The bone around the implant at #14 is stable 3 years 8 months post cementation (Fig.8).
