Keep Roots to Prevent Osteotomy Deviation or Not

A 54-year-old man decides to extract the tooth #19 because of failure of RCT in the disto-lingual long curved root.  Since it is difficult to drill through the roots, the latter will be removed.  Use 2.2 mm drill to reach the depth first, look for deviation and take PA.  Prepare cowhorn, surgical handpiece and proximators.  PRFx1.  Use 4.5x11.5 mm drill before placing 5.5x11mm IBS implant.
