To prevent abutment screw loosening associated with heavy mastication, a 6x17 mm tissue-level implant (blue; Fig.3,4 (CT coronal section)). To reduce possible neuropathy and have freedom to place implant deep, the implant length will be shorter, 14 mm, if the bone is dense. Pink: abutment; green: restoration which will be seated partially in the implant to reduce abutment loosening.
