Redo #19 implant Post Failure

Approxi-mately 1.5 years post #18 and 19 onlay graft failure, the patient returns for #18 and 19 implant redo.  The bone at #18 is so limited that implant placement is im-possible.  A 5.5x5 mm implant will be placed at #19 with bone graft at #18 and 19.  PRFx2.  Titanium Reinforced Cytoplast and small fixation pins.  15c.  Also prepare 4x5 and 5x5 mm Bicon implant (Titanium V).
