Mini-Implant Placement for #14 Intrusion

Two months post #19 implant placement, the patient will return to have #14,and 15 supraeruption (Fig.1 arrows) to be taken care of.  It appears that there are suitable spaces for mini implants to be placed MP and DB relative to the tooth #14 (Fig.3).  Since the palatal (P) mucosa is thicker, a longer mini-implant is expected (8 or 10 mm) palatally, vs. 6 or 8 mm buccally.
