Severe Bone Loss

A 66-year-old man develops severe pain at night at #19 seven months post cementation at #18 (Fig.1).  There is a piece of the gingiva over the septum, noted after extraction.  The mesial and distal sockets are small, being able to hold Vanilla allograft (Fig.2 *), followed by pieces of Collagen plug and suture.
