The osteotomy by 10.5 mm offset bone trimmer is seemingly lingual (Fig.2 white circle; due to in part the lingual caries and in part design error); in order to let the osteotomy to bounce back buccal, the part of the buccal roots are removed by surgical bur (arrows).
