Guide Made Out of 5x5 cm Scan

Three months post socket preservation, the 60-year-od male patient returns for guided surgery at #30.  Since the guide is made out of 5x5 cm CT scan, it may be not stable.  Also do not expect high torque.  Use cortical tap cautiously.
