In spite of using #31 (residual roots with IRM when impression was taken) as a distal stop, the implant at #30 is somewhat distally placed, probably related to loss of IRM (Fig.1).  A 5.5 mm profile drill is used prior to placement of the cemented abutment.  The margin of the latter is equicrestal.
