If needed, a larger and shorter UF implant is a replacement (Fig.13). Note the apical space and buccal thread exposure. The implant could be placed deeper. One stone kills 2 birds. The implant was not placed deep and lingual enough. Early loading without sufficient occlusal clearance is a culprit.
