Mesial Root Fracture

A 35-year-old man has repeated pain at #18 (Fig.1).  He is a bruxer with exostosis (Fig.2 *).  It appears that the mesial root of the affected tooth has vertical fracture (Fig.1-4).  A 5x11.5 or 13 mm implant is appropriate (11 or 13 mm FC, Fig.5).  Draw blood for PRFx2/sticky bone.
