RCT or Implant?

A 54-year-old woman will return for #18 extraction and implant 1 or 2 years post implants at #19 and #30.  In fact the tooth has had incomplete RCT with PARL.  Reanalysis of CT taken on 02/02/2017 (before RCT) shows that RCT retreatment should not be too difficult (Fig.1,2).  If the treatment turns out to be not successful, a 5x10 mm immediate implant will be done with a possible 25 degree angled abutment (Fig.3,4).
