A 62-year-old woman will return to take impression for #18 surgical guide ~ 1 month post #14 implant crown temp bond cementation. Because of short bone, it appears that a 5.5x6.0 mm implant is more appropriate than a 5.0x.7.3 mm one (Fig.1). The bone density is low; underdrilling is proper (4.5 mm last drill).
