A 61-year-old woman requests implant at #14 because of mobility after exfoliation of the tooth #18 (Fig.1). The implant at #14 should sustain extra occlusal force considering loss of #18. A tissue-level one is associated with less chance of abutment screw loosening than a bone-level one. The implant at #15 is a tissue-level one.
