Incomplete abutment seating (Fig.9 <) was not noted until 1 year 3 month post cementation when the crown was mobile (Fig.10).  Distal thread exposure could be prevented by choosing a shorter implant to be placed deeper (5x8.5 instead of 5x10 mm).
