Due to limited bone height confirmed intraoperatively, a shorter UF implant is placed with insertion torque 30 Ncm (Fig.6,7) with ~ 4.5 mm implant threads exposed coronally.  After placing a 6.5x5(5) mm abutment, Vanilla Graft (*) and PRF membrane and collagen plug, an immediate provisional is fabricated to close the remaining socket.  The tooth #32 is kept initially to increase the stability of the provisional and removed 8 day postop because of discomfort.
