Because of supraeruption of the opposing teeth, the abutment at #19 is heavily reduced, whereas the Magicore is placed super low (Fig.2).  The latter may be backed up or crown lengthening is necessary.  In fact neither is necessary, since there is crestal bone loss at #18 nearly 3 months postop (Fig.3).  There is no difficulty in placing 4.5 mm healing cuff.
