Bone height is limited at #14 (Fig.2). There is a polyp in the left sinus. The implants at #12 and 14 are expected to be 3.5 or 4.0x11.5 and 4.5x7.3 mm (with sinus lift), respectively. The patient is skinny and does not seem to have strong mastication.
