A 74-year-old woman agrees to have implants at #12, 14 (for FPD), 18 and 19 with guide.  Bone height is limited at #18 and 19 (Fig.3). The implants are expected to be 5.5x7.3 (BIS5505A) and 4.5x8.5 mm, respectively.
