There is severe hemorrhage from the sockets post extraction, which makes bone graft difficult (Fig.2). Osteogen plug should have been used in stead of Ossogen. The socket openings are closed with 12x12 and 8x8 mm BioXclude and 4-0 PGA. The root curvature of the tooth #29 (Fig.2 *) suggests bruxism.
