The rest of the procedure is smooth except that the abutment at #29 is later changed to 4.5x4(4) mm (Fig.2,3).  The latter is easier for immediate splinted provisional.  Bone resorption seems to be minimal 4 months postop (Fig.4).  < gap between abutment and implant.
