The rest of the procedure is smooth except that the abutment at #29 is later changed to 4.5x4(4) mm (Fig.2,3).  The latter is easier for immediate splinted provisional and also has clearance from the crestal bone (Fig.5 *).  The abutment at #30 is changed to the one with 4 mm cuff, easy for abutment seating (without gap between the abutment and implant) and impression.
