Equigingival Fracture M

A 38-year-old woman dislodged the crown and post of #29 with equigingival root (Fig.1) and incomplete RCT probably related to the curved and obliterated root tip (Fig.2).  For restoration, it is the best to initiate osteotomy in the lingual slope of the socket (Fig.3).  A 4 mm implant may be more appropriate than 3.5 mm one.  Are we ready for free hand placement?  Prepare gingival retraction cord for #28 distal cervical caries before surgery (Fig.2 <).
