Following placement of a 3 mm 1-piece implant at #26 and two 3.8 mm 2-piece implants with ball abutments at #20 and 21 for a lower edentulous patient, another implant with ball abutment will be placed posterior (approximately at #30, Fig.1,2 (for better spread)) or anterior (approximately at #28, Fig.3,4).  The implant will be placed buccal (Fig.2) or lingual (Fig.4) to the Inferior Alveolar Canal or Incisive Canal (safer).
