The block will be harvested from the chin (Fig.5,6) using surgical handpiece with a new fissure bur.  In fact make bony cut each one from the midline, 7x7 mm.  The superior cut should be 4 mm from the apices of the lower anterior teeth to avoid neurovascular damage.  Make the shallow cut and take PA for confirmation.
