The bone is narrow apical to the tooth #5 (Fig.7), which may be the reason for the severe bone loss at #6 and 7 after extraction.  It appears that the palatal apex is more or less in the center of the alveolus.  Initial osteotomy will be established in the palatal socket (Fig.8,9).
