If the patient agrees with #6 extraction, stability will be more secure (2-pointed fixation, Fig.12,13).  Tatum implant is 1.5 mm shorter than its length.  For example, the implant in Fig.12 should be 20 mm (20-1.5=17.5 mm); whereas the one in Fig.13 will be 23 mm (23-1.5=21.5 mm).
