A 90-year-old petit woman fractures the tooth #6 equigingival 5 years 5 months post cementation of #7 crown (Fig.1).  Since the palatal crest is high (Fig.2 <), the implant should not be too long (Fig.3, IS Mini-implant).  Sticky bone if possible.  Undrill considering osteoporosis.  Return to Protect Graft No Antibiotic 10 Xin Wei, DDS, PhD, MS 1st edition 07/10/2021, last revision 08/08/2021
