CT taken 10 months earlier shows that the septal bone seems to be thin (Fig.3). Use IS drills (pointed to 3 mm in diameter) with 2 or 3 mm stoppers to start osteotomy and Magic Sinus Lifter. Place a 4.5x9 mm FC (as compared to 5x7.3 mm IS in Fig.3 (green)). If the latter fails, use sticky bone for sinus lift and socket preservation, followed PRF membranes (3-4) and setting acrylic to close the sockets, including buccal defect.
