Bone Graft or Immediate?

The vertical mesiobuccal root fracture of #14 of a 59-year-old man has become worse in the last 10 months.  The mesial portion appears to be separate and have migrated mesiobuccal from its original place (Fig.1,2).  CT taken 10 months earlier shows that the septal bone seems to be thin (Fig.3).  Use IS drills (pointed to 3 mm in diameter) with 2 or 3 mm stoppers to start osteotomy and Magic Sinus Lifter.  Place a 4.5x9 mm FC.  If the latter fails, use sticky bone for sinus lift and socket preservation, followed PRF membranes (3-4), Cytoplast (small piece, smaller than the wound) and setting acrylic to close the sockets, including buccal defect.  Take new CT (5x5) for update.
