Three (3, not 4) months post cementation, the implant at #14 is found loose (Fig.1: 6.5x11 mm) and removed. Approximately 2 threads engage into the native bone. There is no bone formation in the sinus. Retrospectively, a larger implant should have been placed more coronally, engaging into the mesial and distal bone of the socket. More bone should have been placed for sinus lift. Progressive loading should have been conducted with more healing time.
