IS Guide for SM Implant

Because of severe vertical bone loss at #3 of a 64-year-old man, the crown/implant ratio will be poor with potential abutment screw loosening (Fig.1-3).  With guided surgery, the chance will be further reduced if SM implant is to be used.  It seems that the latter system is associated with the lowest incidence of screw loosening among the bone-level implant systems we have used.
