The depth of the rest of the osteotomy is 10 mm with placement of a 5x10 mm implant with >50 Ncm (Fig.4); with insertion of a 6.8x4(3) mm abutment and Vera Graft (*), an immediate provisional is fabricated.  Collagen plug is used to seal the gap between the provisional and the gingiva.
