Following shorter drill sequence at #15, sinus round drills (18 and 19 mm long) are used to perforate the sinus floor without membrane tear. With autogenous bone for sinus lift (Fig.1 S), a 5x7.3 mm implant is placed with high torque in spite of using 5 mm cortical drill with 3 O-rings.
