Mucocele

A 54-year-old man (smoker (3-4 cigarettes/day)) has two teeth that need to be replaced by implants (Fig.1).  In order not to disturb the mucocele (Fig.1 *) above the tooth #15 to large degree, a short implant will be placed in the septum (not in the buccal socket (not disrupt the short buccal plate), Fig.2).  Prepare PRFx1.  Double check salvageability of the tooth #4.  If needed, a 4.5x13 mm implant will be placed (Fig.3).
