If the tooth #2 is found without shifting (used as a reference for osteotomy), incision will be made at #3, followed by IS drills with 3 mm stoppers until 4.5 mm in diameter (Fig.3). Sinus lift will be accomplished with 3.6 mm round drill from Master Kit with 4-6 mm stoppers, followed by PRF membrane and Vanilla Graft.
