IS Drill Stoppers and Sinus Lift Master Kit

The tooth #2 of a 54-year-old woman has severe bone loss, while #3 has exfoliated (Fig.1).  If the former is found without shifting, incision will be made at #3 (and prepare 4 and 6 mm tissue punches), followed by IS drills with 3 mm stoppers until 4.5 mm in diameter (Fig.3).  Sinus lift will be accomplished with 3.6 mm round drill from Master Kit with 4-6 mm stoppers, followed by PRF membrane (total 3-4) and Vanilla Graft.  Use Prosthetic Planning Kit to choose a proper cementation abutment.  The tooth #2 will be extracted.  Osteotomy starts with 7 mm stopper (Fig.2,3)...
