A 66-year-old man agrees to extract #12 (severe bone loss with mobility II) for implant immediate post #10 implant crown cementation (Fig.1).  Because of the narrow mesiodistal space, either a 1-piece (Fig.2) or 3.5 mm 2-piece (Fig.3) implant will be placed.
