CT Will Dictate Treatment Options

A 70-year-old woman with multiple restoration and several missing teeth (Fig.1) has sensitivity to sweet and cold at #4 (Fig.2).  There is moderate gingival recession, slightly more severe buccal.  CT will be taken to determine whether immediate implant is indicated.  The buccal plate is most likely missing.  If the vein is too thin for PRF, GEM21S will be used with possible GEM Cap RCM.
